团队权力分布与绩效非线性关系:灭火救援团队仿真 被引量:5

Non-Linear relationship between distribution of authority and team performance:Firefighting and rescue team simulation

摘要 以基于Agent的灭火救援人工团队研究团队权力分布与绩效之间非线性关系.研究发现:1)团队权力因子可以分为"集权因子"和"自主因子";2)高绩效团队应使"自主因子"处于自我管理状态,"集权因子"处于集权管理状态;3)"自主因子"对团队绩效取决定性影响;4)提高团队在"集权因子"上的综合决策能力可以改善团队绩效. This article researched the Non-Linear Relationship between Team Member attributes and Team Performance by Firefighting and Rescue Artificial Team Simulation and found some new findings. These new findings include four points:1) Factor of authority can be divided to"self-managing factor"and"supervisor-centered factor";2) When"self-managing factor"is in state of self-managing and"supervisorcentered factor"is in state of supervisor-centered team can get high performance;3)"Self-managing factor"has strategic impact on team performance;4) Higher capability on all"supervisor-centered factors"can lead to better team.
