高速电主轴水冷系统三维仿真与试验分析 被引量:21

摘要 以耦合传热数值计算理论为基础,应用ANSYSCFX对高速电主轴水冷系统进行了仿真与试验分析。通过改变水冷系统有限元模型的边界条件,对不同冷却水流量、工况、环境温度条件下电主轴的温升进行了对比分析。研究表明:当处于旺盛湍流阶段时,使用k-ε控制方程求解耦合传热方程是一种有效的方法;冷却水流量越大,电主轴温升越小,当冷却水流量增大到一定值时,仅依靠增大流量已不能控制温升;环境温度不是影响电主轴温升的主要因素。 A general applicable method for simulation of the fluid state and the thermal distribution was applied based on the software of ANSYS CFX.By changing the boundary conditions in FE mode of water-cooling system,temperature-rise was analyzed and compared according to different flux for cooling water,operation conditions,ambient temperature conditions.The research indicates that when the flow model is intense turbulent-flow,the k-ε dominated equation used to solve the conjugate heat transfer equation is an effective method,the greater the flux of cooling water and the smaller the temperature-rise;when the cooling water velocity increases to a critical value,the temperature rise is unable to be effectively controlled by increasing the flux of cooling water,the ambient temperature has little influence on temperature rise.
