基于几何误差源互补偿的机床公差设计及其应用 被引量:10

摘要 针对机床系统几何误差源的最终作用结果存在相互抵消的现象,提出了一种基于机床系统几何误差源相互补偿的机床公差设计方法。该方法以经济加工精度为初始成本界限,通过机床误差建模实现各个几何误差源公差到机床输出精度的映射;根据映射结果的量值和方向,有目的地调整几何误差源公差的量值和方向,使机床几何误差源在加工误差敏感方向上的抵消效果达到最好。以滚齿机YK3610为例,给出了该方法应用过程的基本步骤和关键环节。 According to the phenomenon where the final results caused by geometry error sources of machine tool system should counteract each other,a new method to tolerance the machine tool was proposed,by which the geometry error sources should counteract reciprocally.This method took the economical machining precision as the original cost ambit,and realized the transform from the tolerances of geometry error sources to the final output precision on the machine tool by error modelling.According to the changed results on value and direction,the directions and values of some error source tolerances were adjusted purposefully to achieve a good effect which the geometry error sources counteracted each other in the sensitive direction of machining errors.Taking the YK3610 gear hobbing machine as an example,its basic steps and key problems in application was introduced.
