摘要
通过高温热力学模拟实验,研究了大型核电低压转子用钢——30Cr2Ni4MoV钢在850~1200℃、应变速率为0.01~1.00s-1变形条件下的高温变形行为,得到了该种钢在大型锻造件生产条件下的流动应力曲线。研究了发生动态再结晶的临界条件和显微组织,建立了30Cr2Ni4MoV钢的动态再结晶模型,初步确定了该种钢满足动态再结晶细化晶粒要求的合理锻造工艺区间。
Based on the thermodynamics research,which was conducted in the temperature range 850~1200℃ and the strain rate 0.01~1s-1,the flow stress curves of low-pressure rotor steel 30Cr2Ni4MoV under the common production conditions of heavy forging was investigated.Then the critical conditions of dynamic recrystallization and the microstructure were studied,and the dynamic recrystallization model of 30Cr2Ni4MoV was established,from which the optimized range of forging parameters was suggested with the order of refining the grain by dynamic recrystallization.
