摘要
资本结构是上市公司财务状况的重要组成部分。本文首先对我国矿业资本市场特征进行分析,然后将矿业与纺织、信息技术、商业和房地产其他四类上市公司板块进行对比,找出了影响和制约我国矿业上市公司资本结构的相关因素。
The capital structure is an important financial part for listed companies. In this paper, firstly an analysis is given on the characteristics of China＇s mining capital market, and then a comparison on listed companies is made between mining and other four sections of the industry as textiles, information technology, business and real estate, which allows to identify the influencing and restricting factors on capital structure of listed companies of China＇s mining industry.
