摘要
为了提高某选矿厂磁矿系列铁回收率,开展了对该选矿厂磁矿系列的弱磁尾矿和弱磁精矿的分选试验研究。论文中采用了选矿厂现场生产的反浮选工艺流程和药剂组合方案,对弱磁精矿进行分选处理;对弱磁尾矿进行了直接反浮-正浮选工艺流程的试验研究。最终取得了铁回收率80.13%、铁品位62.96%、综合铁精矿产率41.69%的选别指标。为选矿厂提高磁矿系列的铁回收率,提供了重要的参考途径。
This paper presents and discusses the research and results to be made for increasing iron recovery of magnetic system of Baogang Concentrator Plant. The samples are the concentrate and the tailing of low-intensity wet magnetic separation in magnetic system of Baogang concentrator. Reverse flotation is used to treat the concentrate of low-intensity wet magnetic separation. Flotation is used to treat with the tailing of low-intensity wet magnetic separation. The schemes and results of research are analyzed. Iron recovery is 80.13%、iron grade is 62.96%、the total yield of iron concen-trate is 41.69% of ut。It provides an important basis for for increasing iron recovery of magnetic system of Baogang Concentrator Plant in future.
