摘要 本文以粉煤灰和尾砂为主要充填材料,对胶结充填进行了强度特性和流变特性两大因素综合分析。应用响应面法研究影响胶结体抗压强度的主要因素及其影响程度,采用坍落度对料浆流变性能进行表征。试验结果表明:当粉煤灰占骨料80%时,进行料浆的胶结充填试验能够满足煤矿强度要求,尾砂的加入,进一步改善了料浆的流变性。 Using fly ash and tailings as the main filling material,this paper analyzed the strength characteristics and rheological properties of the slurry in cemented filling. Response surface methodology(RSM)was used to study the main factors and the influence degree that affected the compressive strength of cemented bodies. Rheological properties were characterized by using slump test. The result of experiments indicated that cemented filling can satisfy the requirement of compressive strength when the fly ash in aggregate was 80%. The incorporation of tailings can further reduce the cost of filling, improve the rheological properties of slurry.
