摘要
针对我国煤矿煤尘爆炸事故频发的现状,基于以前学者对危险源理论的研究,从系统安全的角度,并根据能量转移理论和事故因理论,对危险源理论进行了探讨,对危险源进行了定义,即危险源是能够影响或导致能量或毒性的意外释放,以至于破坏系统安全并导致事故发生的要素。将危险源分为了三类,得出了它们之间相互作用的事故致因模型。并以煤尘爆炸为例,对危险源的辨识与控制理论进行了应用,从而得出遏制煤矿煤尘爆炸事故具体措施。
Aiming at the present situation of accident frequency of coal dust explosion in China, based on the hazard theory studied by previous scholars, according to the energy transfer theory and accident-causing theory, the further discussion was carried on to the hazard theory from the angle of the system security. The hazard was defined as the elements of what can effect or cause the accidental release of energy or toxicity so that destroy the system security and lead to accidents, which was divided into three types, then a interaction accident-causing model was got among them. And took coal dust explosion as example, the identification and control of hazard had been applied, accordingly, concrete measures which could contain the frequent accidents of coal dust explosion in coal mine were got.
