摘要
脾酪氨酸激(spleen tyrosine kinase,syk)在较长时间里被认为是造血细胞特有的信号分子,在淋巴细胞的成熟和免疫细胞的激活中起重要作用。近年来发现Syk在多种非造血细胞也有表达。研究表明,Syk对血管平滑肌细胞的迁移和增殖有促进作用,主要通过MAPK、P13K、Src和Rho/Ras信号通路起作用。该文就syk在血管平滑肌细胞迁移和增殖过程中的作用机制作一综述。
Spleen tyrosine kinase(Syk) has been considered to be a signaling molecule of hematopoietic cells, which play an important role in lymphocyte maturation and activation of immune cells. Recent studies showed that Syk plays a crucial role in regulation of proliferation and migration ha vascular smooth muscle eeUs. Prominent pathways include mitogen-aefivated protein kinases, phosphafidylinositol 3-kinases, Src and Rho-activated protein kinase. In this review, the role of Syk in those signal oathways is summarized.
