Progress in the role of connexin43 in ventricular arrhythmias

摘要 缝隙连接蛋白43(Connexin43,Cx43)能促进心脏的正常发育,是心肌细胞间化学耦联和电耦联的基础。Cx43数目减少及分布模式改变导致心肌细胞间传导速度和方向发生变化,室性心律失常的发生率增加。骨髓间充质干细胞移植及药物干预能提高病变心肌Cx43数量和改善病变心肌Cx43的分布,减少室性心律失常的发生。 Connexin43,the base of electrical and intercellular chemical signal communication in the myocardial cell,can promote the growth and development of the heart. The decreasing of the number of connexin 43 and its' distribution changes may lead to the changing of the conduction velocity and direction,meanwhile,increase the occurrence of ventricular arrhythmias. Mesenchymal stem cells transplantation and drug therapy can improve the levels and distribution of connexin43 in ill myocardium, and can reduce the occurrence of ventricular arrhythmias.
