摘要
教师的素质是实施素质教育、提高学校教育质量、培养全面发展的人的重要因素之一。其中教师的审美素质在其素质要素中常常被忽略。教师的审美素质包括道德美、智慧美、情感美和时空美。通过塑造其人格、发展其智能、陶冶其情感、发展其教育能力可以培养教师的审美素质。
The quality of teachers is considered one of the important factors in the implementation of quality-oriented education, in the improvement of education quality in schools, and in the all-round education of students. However, among all these factors, the aesthetic quality of teachers is frequently neglected or ignored. The aesthetic quality of teachers includes moral, intellectual, emotional, and time-space aspects, which could be fostered by shaping their personalities, developing their intelligence, cultivating their emotion, and developing their teaching abilities.
