东菱迪芙治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效观察

The clinical observation of butroxobin injection in acute cerebral infarction treatment

目的:探讨东菱迪芙治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法:随机将收治的80例急性脑梗死患者分为治疗组40例,对照组40例。2组均给予抗血小板聚集、钙拮抗剂等基础治疗,并将血塞通0.25g加入0.9%氯化钠溶液或5%葡萄糖溶液250ml中静脉点滴,连用14d。在此基础上,治疗组于治疗第1、3、5d给予东菱迪芙10、5、5U加入0.9%氯化钠溶液250ml中静脉滴注,每次滴注时间不少于1h。观察2组疗效,治疗前后神经功能缺损评分及于治疗前后测定血浆FIB水平并测定其疗效。结果:治疗组显效率(75.00%)明显高于对照组(47.50%)(P<0.05),神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组FIB由治疗前(3.98±0.86)g/L,降至(1.84±0.42)g/L,治疗前后有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:东菱迪芙通过降低血浆FIB,增强纤溶活性,降低血黏度,改善脑循环等综合作用,对急性脑梗死疗效显著、安全性好,值得推广应用。

Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect and security of batroxobin injection to treat acute cerebral infarction patients.Method：80 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each group has 40 patients.Both groups were given the anti-platelet aggregation,the calcium antagonist,and other basic treatment.Xuesaitong（0.25 g）were added into 250 ml of saline or 5% glucose solution and intravenous used for 14 days.10,5,5 U batroxobin was added into 250 ml saline and intravenously used at the 1st,3rd and 5th day in the treatment group.The infusion time of each was not less than one hour.The efficacy of the treatment,the neurological functional deficit scales,the plasma level of FIB were compared between the groups before and after treatment.Result：The efficiency of the treatment group（75%）was significantly higher than the control group（47.5%）（P0.05）.The neurological functional deficit scale was significantly lower in treatment group than the control group（P 0.01）.The level of FIB in the treatment group fell from（3.98±0.86）g/L to（1.84±0.42）g/L after treatment.The differences were significant before and after treatment（P0.01）.Conclusion：Batroxobin injection can reduce the plasma FIB,enhance the fibrinolytic activity,lower blood viscosity and improve the cerebral circulation.It＇s worthy of promotion considering the significant efficacy and security for acute cerebral infarction.
