胸腺瘤合并重症肌无力19例的外科治疗

The Surgical Management of Thymoma and Coexisting Mysthenia Gravis

目的:总结胸腺瘤合并重症肌无力的外科治疗经验。方法:对19例经过手术治疗的胸腺瘤合并重症肌无力患者的治疗资料进行分析。结果:全组均行胸腺扩大切除术,无围术期死亡,术后3例患者发生重症肌无力危象,经延长呼吸辅助通气治疗,安全度过围术期,19例患者中,术后肌无力症状完全缓解9例,改善8例,无效1例,死亡1例。结论:术前准备、手术切除和术后药物治疗及管理是决定手术效果的重要因素。

Objective：To summarize the surgical treatment of thymoma and coexisting myasthenia gravis.Methods：Nineteen patients after resection of thymoma and coexisting myasthenia gravis were evaluated in a retrospective study.Results：Thymoma and coexisting thymic tissue were resected in nineteen cases.Myasthenia gravis crisis were three cases after operation.Nine persons＇ symptoms of myasthenia gravis were relieved thoroughly,eight persons were improved,one invalid patient,one dead patient.Conclusion：Perfect preoperative preparation,thorough resection and postoperative medication and management were the post important factors to surgical therapeutic effect.
