Application of CRP Detection in Children's Acute Infectious Disease

目的:探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)检测在儿童急性感染性疾病中的应用价值。方法:54例急性感染性疾病患儿按感染病原体不同分为细菌感染组27例和病毒感染组27例,应用免疫比浊法测定两组患儿及抗生素治疗前后的细菌感染组患儿血清CRP水平,同时测定25例健康对照组。结果:细菌感染组CRP结果明显高于病毒感染组和对照组(P<0.01),病毒感染组与对照组的CRP水平无显著差异(P>0.05),抗生素治疗前后的细菌感染组患儿CRP水平也有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:血清CRP检测可作为区分儿童急性细菌和病毒感染性疾病的重要指标,在临床疗效观察上有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective：To discuss the application value of C-Reactive Protein （CRP） detection in children＇s acute infectious disease.Methods：A total of 54 cases of acute infectious children were divided into bacteria infection group （n=27） and virus infection group （n=27） by different pathogens.The serum CRP were measured by immunoturbidimetry method in both groups,especially before and after antibiotic treatment in bacteria infection group,and 25 healthy children were selected as controls.Result：The level of CRP in bacteria infection group increased significantly,compared with the virus infection group and normal control group （P0.01）,the level of CRP in virus infection group had no significant difference （P0.05）.The level of CRP in bacteria infection group was obviously reduced after antibiotic treatment （P0.01）.Conclusion：The detection of CRP is an important indicator for the bacterial and viral infection of children＇s acute infectious disease.It has considerable clinical value in therapentic observation.
