手法劈核小切口白内障手术的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Hand-Chop Small Incision Cataract Surgery

目的:探讨手法劈核小切口白内障手术的效果和推广价值。方法:对施行的187例小切口手法劈核白内障手术,回顾分析术中、术后并发症,术后视力。结果:187例手术均劈核成功,术中后囊破裂9例,术后角膜内皮中度以上混浊28例,术后第3天视力≥0.5者135例。结论:手法劈核小切口白内障手术是一种安全、疗效可靠的术式,在无条件进行超声乳化手术时是首选术式。

Objective：Explore the effect of hand-chop on small incision cataract surgery and promotion of values.Methods：187 cases of small incision cataract surgery by hand-chop from June 2006 to May 2009 implemented in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed from the aspects of postoperative complications,and postoperative visual acuity.Results：187 cases were operated chop successfully,intraoperative posterior capsule rupture in 9 cases,Postoperative corneal endothelium of 28 cases of moderate turbidity,The third day after surgery 135 cases of visual acuity ≥ 0.5.Conclusion：Hand-chop small incision cataract surgery is a safe,effective and reliable operation type,which is preferable when Phacoemulsification surgery is impossible.
