摘要
目的:探讨护理干预对老年患者便秘的影响。方法:应用临床症状积分量表评估104例便秘患者的临床症状,并给予护理干预,比较干预前后的评分。结果:护理干预后,老年便秘患者的临床症状明显改善。结论:护理干预能改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的舒适度。
Objective：To explore the influence of nursing intervention on elderly patients＇ constipation.Methods：The author applies symptoms point scale to evaluate 104 cases of constipation patients＇ symptoms,perform nursing intervention and compare the points before and after the intervention.Results：Symptoms of the elderly patients obviously improve after the intervention.Conclusion：Nursing intervention can improve symptoms of patients as well as the degree of comfort.
