摘要
目的:探讨经皮腔内冠状动脉成形加支架术的护理。方法:对119例冠心病冠状动脉支架置入患者术期护理过程的总结。结果:119例患者手术均获得成功,术后满意出院。结论:病房护士掌握冠状动脉支架置入术前准备、术后护理、并发症的观察、健康教育等方法,大大的避免手术并发症的发生,提高了治疗效果。
Objective：To investigate the nursing experience of Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary angioplasty.Methods：To summarize the process of nursing of the operation of 118 patients with coronary heart disease.Results：All the operation were successful,119 cases were discharged with satisfaction after operation.Conclusion：The nurses who master preoperative preparation,postoperative nursing,observation on complications,health education and some other methods,can avoid the operative complications effectively and enhance therapeutic efficacy.
