摘要
目的:探讨普外科、妇科联合腹腔镜手术时的护理配合。方法:对19例普外科、妇科联合腹腔镜手术时的护理配合。结果:其中腹腔镜下乙状结肠代阴道治疗先天性无阴道8例,腹腔镜胆囊切除(LC)+腹腔镜妇科手术11例,行腹腔镜的护理配合。结论:腹腔镜手术创伤小、恢复快,两科联合施行腹腔镜下手术安全可靠,但术中要有充分的良好的护理配合。
Objective：To study the operating cooperation of laparoscopy,when General surgery and Gynecology combined with laparoscopic surgery.Methods：Nineteen patients were undergone combined multi-disciplinary laparoscopic of general surgery and gynecology.Eight patients were performed laparescopically assisted sigmoid transplantation.Eleven patients were performed laparoscopic cholecystectomy plus laparoscopic gynecological operation.We did the operating cooperation skillfully.Conclusion：Laparoscopy technique features slight trauma and quick recovery after the operation for the patient.Under the two subjects combined laparoscopic surgery is safe and reliable.Sufficient and satisfactory nursing cooperation is required during the operation.
