Variation and Significance of T Lymphocyte Subsets in Patents with Trauma

本文简要地综述了T淋巴细胞亚群的分类及功能,并着重阐述机体在经受创伤后CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD25+各T细胞亚群及CD4+/CD8+值的变化及意义,总结出创伤后患者出现免疫功能抑制状态的结论。

This paper summarized classification and function of T lymphocyte subsets briefly,and emphatically described variation and significance of CD3＋T-cells,CD4＋T-cells,CD8＋T-cells,CD25＋T-cells and CD4＋/CD8＋ in patents with trauma,arrived at a conclusion that traumatic patients were in immunosuppression.
