《社区管理与实务》课改方案力求达到课程教学内容与实际岗位要求的零距离对接,为社会培养一批优秀的社区工作者。在课程改革方案的设计上,紧扣高职教育的改革理念,把握当前政府关于社会建设与社区管理的相关政策与文件精神,以我院社区管理与服务专业人才培养方案为基础,科学定位课程地位及改革目标。

The reform on ＂Community Management and Practice＂ course design aims to realize the zero distance of teaching content and actual job requirements so as to produce numbers of excellent community workers for the society. We should reform the course strictly in accordance with the reform ideas of higher vocational education, and with the spirit of the government＇s policies and documents concerning society construction and community management. Besides, we should reform the course on basis of the talent-cultivation scheme of the program in our college. We should fix the course orientation and set the goals in a scientific way.
