摘要
目的探讨电压依赖性钙离子通道(VDCC)在慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(CABP)发病机制中的作用。方法40只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分成CABP模型组和对照组,采用去势加皮下注射雌二醇[0.25mg/2ml·kg^(-1),qd×30d]的方法建立CABP大鼠模型。造模成功后取两组大鼠的前列腺组织,最后应用荧光定量反转录酶-聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)技术分别检测20例CABP组和20例对照组大鼠前列腺组织中各类型VDCC的α_1mRNA的表达量。结果与正常组Wistar大鼠相比,CABP组Wistar大鼠前列腺组织中VDCC的α_1G(0.30±0.27)、α_1H(1.45±2.30)mRNA表达的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 T型VDCC的基因表达异常可能是导致CABP原因之一。
Objective To study the function of voltage-dependent calcium channels (VDCCs) in the pathogenesis of chronic abacterial prostatitis. Methods Fourty male Wistar rats were divided into the normal control group and the chronic abacterial prostatitis group stochastically, Wistar rat models of chronic abacterial prostatitis (CABP) were established by castrated and injected estradiol [0.25mg/2ml·kg-1,qd ×30d] into the subcutaneous for 30 days, Prostate tissue of rats in two groups were removed and collected for levels of VDCCs a 1 mRNA expressions in two groups using RT-PCR. Results There were significant differences in the expressions of α1G (0.30±0.27)and α1H (1.45±2.30)mRNA between the chronic abacterial prostatitis group and the normal control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The abnormal expression of T-type VDCCs'mRNA might be associated with the pathogenesis of chronic abacterial prostatitis.
