摘要 目的:合成一种新型苯乙烯菁类化合物,并研究其光谱性能。方法:以2,3,3-三甲基吲哚-5-磺酸盐(2.0mmol)和3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲醛(2.8mmol)为原料,在三氟化硼催化下,通过缩合反应合成苯乙烯菁类目标化合物。在McIlvaine缓冲体系中研究该化合物在不同酸度条件下的紫外和荧光光谱性能。结果:波谱数据表明,所得化合物为2-[(E)-(3’,4’,5’-三甲氧基)苯乙烯基]-3,3-二甲基-3H-吲哚-5-磺酸盐;随着介质的pH变化,其紫外光谱和荧光光谱呈现规律性的变化。结论:所得化合物为一种重要的pH探针试剂。 Objective:A novel styrylcyanine dye was synthesized.The spectral properties were studied in this paper.Method:The target compound was synthesized by the condensation of 2,3,3-trimethyl -indole-5-sulfonate(2.0 mmol)with 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzaldehyde(2.8 mmol)in the presence of BF3.The UV-vis and fluorescent spectral properties were studied under different acidic conditions in McIlvaine buffer solution.Results:The spectra data showed that the compound was 2-[(E)-(3′,4′,5′- trimethoxy)styryl]-3,3-dimethyl-3H-indole-5-sulfonate.The UV-vis spectra and fluorescence spectra revealed regular changes as the pH of medium changed.Conclusion:The compound is an important pH sensor reagent.
