摘要
目的:建立RP-HPLC法测定马蔺子素含量并考察了多种条件下马蔺子素胶囊中的马蔺子甲素和乙素及马蔺子素的稳定性。方法:选用Agilent Zorbax C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-乙醚-水(70∶15∶15)为流动相,检测波长270nm,流速:1.0mL·min-1。结果:马蔺子甲素在0.002705~0.541mg·mL-1范围内,线性关系良好,r=0.999。马蔺子乙素在0.002520~0.504mg·mL-1范围内,线性关系良好,r=0.999。结论:本方法准确、灵敏、简便,适合马蔺子素胶囊的含量测定。
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of lrisquinone capsules and study on stability of lrisquinone. Method:The HPLC system consisted of Agilent Zorbax C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm), methanol-ethyl ether-water(70∶15∶15)as mobil phase with detection 270 nm at flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.Results: The linear range of lrisquinone was 0.002705-0.541 mg·mL-1, r=0.999. The linear range of Pallasone B was 0.00252-0.504 mg mg·mL-1, r=0.999. Conclusion:This method is simple , sensitive, accurate and is very suitable for the determination of related substances in lrisquinone .
