中药紫石英主成分氟化钙含量测定方法的研究

Study on the determination method of CaF_2 in Fluoritum

目的:建立中药紫石英中氟化钙专属性强的含量测定方法,保证紫石英药材质量。方法:利用中国药典中紫石英的含量测定方法、矿物学中三氯化铝提取-EDTA容量法及X粉末衍射法,对6个样品中氟化钙的含量进行测定。结果:对各种方法测定结果进行了综合分析与评价:药典法与X粉末衍射法具有一定的局限性,三氯化铝提取-EDTA容量法准确可靠,专属性强。结论:建议三氯化铝提取-EDTA容量法作为中药紫石英中氟化钙含量的测定方法。

Objective：In order to control the quality of the Chinese medicine of Fluoritum, a method for the content determination of CaF2 in the drug with strong specificity was established.Methods：Determined the content of CaF2 of 6 samples with different methods, which are the determination method of Fluoritum in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the method of reaction with AlCl3-EDTA capacity in the Mineralogy and the method of X-ray power diffraction.Results：Comprehensively analyzed and evaluated their determination results：These two methods have certain limitation with the method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the method of X-ray power diffraction,the method of reaction with AlCl3-EDTA capacity is accurate with reliable and strong spec ificity.Conclusion：Proposing the method of reaction with AlCl3-EDTA capacity should be used as the determination method of CaF2 in the Chinese medicine of Fluoritum.
