摘要 设计气力输送过程中的节能气量元件可调式LAVAL管,并给出了可调式LAVAL管调节杆位移与喉部当量直径及流通面积的关系。采用炭黑N660,N326,N375和N234对固定式LAVAL和可调式LAVAL进行对比试验,结果表明采用可调式LAVAL管可节省输送气量并可降低炭黑输送过程的破碎率。 The air flow capacity adjustment component——adjustable laval nozzle was designed for energy saving during pneumatic conveying,and relationship between the equivalent diameter,circulation area of adjustable laval nozzle throat and dispalcement of regulating rod was investigated.The comparision test for carbon black N660,N326,N375 and N234 was carried out.The results showed that,the adjustable laval nozzle could save compressed air and reduce crush of carbon black particle in pneumatic conveying.
