摘要 目的:探讨MICA外显子5多态性与深圳成人迟发自身免疫性糖尿病(latent autoimmune diabetes in adults,LADA)的关系。方法:对21例LADA、28例2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者和31例正常人(NC)采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术和PAGE银染技术,对三组研究对象比较MICA外显子5多态性差异。结果:LADA患者A5.1等位基因频率显著高于正常对照组(35.7%vs.17.7%,=2.89,P<0.05);2型糖尿病MICA等位基因频率与正常组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:MICA5.1等位基因与深圳市LADA易感性相关。 Objective To investigate the association of MICA gene exon 5 polymorphism with latent autoimmune diabetes in adults in Shenzhen.Methods Alleles of MICA gene exon 5 was determined by PCR-RFLP and PAGE in 21 LADA patients, 28 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients and 31 healthy control subjects.Results A highly significant increase in the frequency of the A5.1 allele was seen in patients with LADA compared with that in controls(35.7% vs.17.7%, χ^2= 2.89 P〈0.05).The A5.1 allele frequency was not significantly higher in patients with T2DM than in the control group(P〉0.05 ).Conclusion The polymorphism of MICA gene confers susceptibility to LADA.
