摘要
利用共沉淀法合成γ-Fe_2O_3敏感基料,通过Cr_2O_3的掺杂研制出具有高选择性,灵敏度,抗湿性和稳定性的LPG气敏元件.
Abstract By coprecipitation, we have made the basic sensitive material. The gas sensorto LPG has been made by doping Cr2O3 in the basic material. It has high selectivity, sensi-tivity, humidity-resistibity and stability. At the same time, we have discussed the sensi-tive theory to LPG in a certain extent.
