摘要
本文通过纳入中国文化和行业特征双重情境,结合高层管理团队理论,从团队设计角度,构建了基于高层管理团队内容特征对于企业绩效影响的模型,探讨了团队内容特征对于企业当期绩效和长期绩效的影响。并且通过样本分析,初步探讨了我国能源生产行业高管团队有别于其他行业的自身特征。
This dissertation has designed the models from the perspective of team designed that portrayed the relationship between top management team content characteristic and performance,which based on TMT theory and absorbed the cultural and industrial content at the same time.Then through analysis we discussed how do the content characteristic influence the short-term and long-time performance and found top management team character of energy production industry which differ from other industries.
