摘要
本文介绍根据光电检测技术设计的、利用透光率监测玻璃镀膜质量的在线测试系统,此系统可用于各种厚度玻璃镀膜光学质量的检测,且能在线连续工作,不受外界光和温漂的影响,其测量精度为1%,分辨率为0.1%.
Abstract In this paper, the detecting instrument and signal processing system for coatingglass on line is presented. The instrument is made by means of the photo-optics theory.The system's advantages for measurement include inhcrent immunity to interference suchas environments light, vibration and temperature. The measure range is 0% -100%. Theprecision is 1 %. The resolution is 0. 1%.
