摘要
由于设计不合理,波音737系列飞机中的发动机反推力装置内侧壁板有可能发生热损伤,需对其进行无损检测。通过对比分析,选择了超声波检测技术中的低频表面粘结检测技术来检测该复合材料。实践证明:该技术适于现场检测、效率高,可完成该复合材料的检测。
Due to some mistake in design, there was a risk of heat damage in some Boeing 737 airplane engine's inner wall of the thrust reverser. It was necessary to examine the inner wall composite of the thrust reverser. By compare and analyse some nondestructure testing techniques, the ultrasonic low-frequency surface bonding inspection technique was selected. The test results showed that the technique was suitable for field test, and its high efficiency was fit for the composite.
