摘要
通过化学成分分析、X射线衍射分析和金相检验等方法,对某超超临界发电机组汽轮机1号轴瓦下瓦巴氏合金层剥落的原因进行了分析。结果表明:下瓦巴氏合金层的化学成分明显偏离GB/T 1174-1992的要求,巴氏合金组织中ε相(Cu_6Sn_5)和β′相(SnSb)两相之和所占比例过高导致了合金层剥落。建议加强对轴瓦材料质量及制造过程的控制。
The spalling reason of Babbitt layer of steam turbine lower bearing of one ultra supereritical unit was analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis, X-ray diffraction, metallographic examination and so on. The results showed that the chemical composition of the Babbitt layer significantly deviated from the requirement of GB/T 1174-1992 standard and the proportion of εand β' phase was exorbitant resulted in the spalling. It was suggested that the control of the quality and manufacturing process of the bearing must be emphasized.
