摘要 为解决带包覆层管道腐蚀检测的难题,根据磁致伸缩效应,研制出一种利用管道自身磁致伸缩效应的非接触导波检测系统。详细论述了传感器、主机和软件等系统组成部分,实验室和现场试验证明该系统的有效性和实用性。由于该系统检测方式是非接触式,所以不仅可以应用于带包覆层低温、高温管道检测,而且可以应用于其他带包覆层细长构件如斜拉索和吊杆等快速检测。 In order to solve the problem of corrosion testing of the pipeline with the coatings, a type of the noncontact guided wave testing system based on the magnetostrictive effect, is developed. The system comprises sensors, main processor and software. Laboratory testing and filed application validated the effectiveness and practicality of the system. Due to the non--contact detection method, the system can be employed to detect not only the low temperature and the high temperature coated pipelines but also other coated slightness components such as stay cables, suspenders and so on.
