摘要
以一起纺织车间火灾事故的调查为例,确定了火灾原因为静电放电引燃棉绒引起,分析了静电火灾原因认定要点和判定根据,提出了认定静电火灾原因的原则。
This paper analyzes the causes and the evidence of a fire case which happened in a textile workshop and puts forward a method to identify the cause of a fire caused by electrostatic discharge based on the investigation of this case study.
