According to the actual needs of a university,a three-tier teaching cases management system based on NET platform is studied and designed.This system has many practical functions such as flexible management authorization,customized level audit,real-time editing and perfecting,interaction,mixed edition of all kinds of media.Good results have been obtained such as its strong portability,easy scalability and easy maintainability.
