摘要
企业知识管理出现了两大理论方向:流程导向和实时导向。基于二者本身的不足以及知识管理和知识的本质,本研究提出"流程"为"实时知识管理"提供一种方向,"实时知识管理"为"流程导向"提供一种实现途径,并对知识管理的本质、战略、边界等问题进行了新的阐释。
There exit two roads in KM. process and time. For both of them have some limits and essences of KM and knowledge, this study takes " proces.s " as a practical direction for just-in-time KM and the later as a tunnel for realizing. And this paper gives a new explaination to essence, strategy and boundery of KM.
