摘要
以“JJK激光自动刻槽机”的控制和监测系统为实例，扼要描述光点物面位移法刻槽电阻如何实现动态阻值精度测量和控制。
In this paper, taking the control and measure system of JJK automatic notch groovemechine of laser as an example, how to measure and control the precision of dynamic resistancevalue of notch groove resistance by the method of spot object-face shift was described.
