摘要
脐血管和胎盘血管缺乏神经支配，其阻力变化很可能是依赖于局部产生的或通过血流运输到该部位的活性因子。脐带血管内皮细胞能产生前列腺素类、内皮源性舒张因子和血管活性多肽等血管活性物质，它们可能在胎儿胎盘血循环中具有重要的生理和病理意义。
