摘要 由于胎儿与成体所处的生长环境截然不同,因此胎儿巨噬细胞与成体巨噬细胞之间存在许多差异,主要表现在细胞的来源、主要功能不同。本文对巨噬细胞的起源、发育,巨噬细胞在胚胎时期的主要功能作一概述。
