: In this article , according to the stipulations of the national standards 'GB 5008. 1 ~ 3 - 85' , is designed an automatic determination-test instrument for the capacity of storage battery. During the determination-test making use of 8 -bit single-card computers, this instrument controls and completes the automatic constant current,the automatic measuring of time and temperature,the automatic handling of data, the automatic stop,etc. Its good points are easy operation,high precision and low cost. This article has introduced the measuring principles and calculating methods of the capacity of storage battery,and completely recounted the hardware and the software systems of the single-card computer.
