白细胞介素-21诱导自身免疫性肝炎患者自然杀伤细胞促炎症细胞因子分泌

摘要自身免疫性肝炎（autoimmune hepatitis，AIH）是一种原因不明的肝脏慢性炎症。既往研究报道，AIH患者肝脏内有大量激活的T细胞、B细胞和自然杀伤（NK）细胞浸润．分泌大量促炎症细胞因子，这些免疫细胞和炎症细胞因子在肝脏炎症损伤过程中起着重要作用。
