CT Diagnosis of Adult Intussuception

作者回顾复习了8例经手术病理证实的成人肠套叠CT表现。CT所见包括:(1)分层状靶块,靶块形态取决于其长轴与层面间的角度,当靶块长轴与层面垂直时,则表现为圆形或类圆形肿块,倾斜相交或走行一致时,则表现为香蕉状、肾形或双肿块;(2)肿块内部的CT表现为分层状结构,肿块内有造影剂或气体,肿物一侧可见肠系膜结构。同时讨论了成人肠套叠的CT诊断价值,病理基础及检查注意事项。

The images of CT scan in 8 cases with adult intussuception proved by operation and pathology were retrospectively reviewed. CT findings included: (1)laying target mass: The shape of target mass depended on the angle between long axis of target mass and scanning plane. At right angle to scanning plane the shape of target mass was round. If the long axis of the target mass was oblique crossing the scanning section or parallel to the section the target mass appeared as kidney-like, banana-like or double target masses: (2)CT manifestations of internal structure included: layering structure, contrast medium and gases within the mass and mesenteric structure on the side of the mass. The CT diagnostic value, pathological basis and examination technique in adult intussuception were also discussed.
