上颌窦体积和筛漏斗宽度与上颌窦炎的相关性分析

The Relative Analysis of the Volume of Maxillary Sinus and Width of Ethmoid Infundibulum with Inflammation

目的:为了解上颌窦体积及筛漏斗宽度与上颁窦炎的相关性,本文收集了263例鼻窦CT扫描资料,进行上颌窦体积和筛漏斗宽度的测量。结果显示:患上颌窦炎的上颌窦体积较正常小,筛漏斗的宽度较正常宽。作者推测其原因如下:(1)上颌窦炎引起骨质增生、硬化使窦腔缩小。(2)上颌窦发育不全易发生感染。(3)钩突发育异常使上颌窦引流不畅。(4)发育较小的上颌窦可能伴有纤毛系统的发育异常。(5)慢性上颌窦不张使窦腔进行性缩小。(6)机械性压迫使筛漏斗扩大。(7)炎症刺激使筛漏斗骨质吸收。(8)钩突发育不良使筛漏斗的顺应性增大。

Purpose: To find out the relationship of the maxillary sinus and width of ethmoid infundibulum with inflammation. Meterials and Methods;This paper collected 263 cases CT scans of parasinus. The volume of maxillary sinus and width of ethmoid infundibulum were measured. The results showed; The mean maxillary sinus volume in maxillary sinusitis patients was significantly smaller than that in normal cases. The width of ethmoid infundibulum in sinusitis patients was significantly wider than that in normal cases. Conclu-sion:The reasons we consider are:①inflammation of the maxillary sinus results in bone's hypertrophy and osteosclerosis. ②maxillary sinus hypoplasia is more likely to have inflammation,③a hypoplastic uncinate process infuences the drain of the maxillary sinus. ④a small maxillary sinus may have an abnormal mucosal system, ⑤chronic maxillary atelectasis cause a persistent decrease in the sinus volume of the maxillary sinus.⑥The mechanical presure made the enlargement of the ethmoid infundibular. ⑦The inflammatony stimulation cause a bone absorption. ⑧a hypoplastic uncinate process increased the mobility of the infundibular.
