维脑路通加能量合剂治疗椎基底动脉供血不足

Treatment of Vertebro-basilar Artery insufficiency by Venoruton,Adenosine Trphosphate,and Coenzyme A

为了评价维脑路通加能量合剂治疗椎基底动脉供血不足（ＶＢＩ）的疗效，将１９９４年～１９９７年间收治的ＶＢＩ患者９６例随机分成两组，分别给予维脑路通加能量合剂（治疗组５６例）和低分子右旋糖酐（对照组４０例）治疗，结果显示，治疗组有效率明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。

In order to evaluate curative effect of treatment of vertebro-basilar artrey insufficiency(VBI)by combined administration of venoruton,adenosine triphosphate,and coenzyme A,96 patients were collected in 1994_1997 and divided into two groups randomly.The treatment group (56 cases)received these drugs while the control group(40 cases)were treated with dextron.The results showed that effective rate in treatment group was significantly superior to control group(P<0.05),and showed no evident side effects.
