Examination of cerebrospinal fluid in neuropsychiatric lupus erythematosus

目的：了解脑脊液（ＣＳＦ）常规检查对神经精神性狼疮（ＮＰＬＥ）的诊断价值。方法：１４例ＮＰＬＥ患者中有１２例在治疗前后做了ＣＳＦ常规检查。２２例无精神神经症状的ＳＬＥ患者做为对照。结果：１４例ＮＰＬＥ患者有１３例（９２．８６％）ＣＳＦ异常，高于做为对照组的无精神神经症状的ＳＬＥ患者，有显著统计学意义。治疗后有１２例ＮＰＬＥ患者的ＣＳＦ常规有了改善，包括压力、细胞数、蛋白（Ｐ值分别为＜０．０１、＜０．０１和＜０．０５）。结论：ＣＳＦ的改变和神经精神症状有关，ＣＳＦ常规检查有助于ＮＰＬＥ的诊断。

Objective:To investigate the value of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF)examination in diagnosis of neuropsychiatric lupus erythematosus (NPLE).Methods:Twelve out of 14 patients with NPLE were performed the CSFroutine examination both before and after treatment,and 22 SLE patients without neuropsychiatric symptoms as control.Results:Thirteen(92.86%) of 14 NPLE patients were abnormal in the CSF routine examination,which was statistically higher than that of the control group.After treatment,12 of 14 cases of NPLE were improved in the CSF routine examination including pressure,cell count and protein (P value were<0.01,<0.01 and <0.05 respectively).Conclusion:The changes of patient’s CSF have a significant coincidence with the neuropsychiatric symptoms and the CSF routine examination may contribute to the diagnosis of NPLE.
