摘要
为了满足不同工业领域关键设备的故障诊断要求,开发了通用型故障诊断平台。考虑到故障诊断平台的实时性和较多的密集型算法,选用TI公司高速、浮点型DSP(TMS-320F28335)为核心处理器构建整个系统。在此基础上设计了系统软件架构,用户可配置自己的故障诊断算法,实现不同领域多通道数据的采集、存储、分析、监控、故障诊断和通讯。系统以减少故障诊断仪器的重复开发作为目标,详细论述了一种实用可靠的设计方案,并通过故障诊断实例证明了该系统的实用性。
In order to meet the fault diagnosis demand in various industry fields,a general fault diagnosis platform has been developed.In view of the real-time and more dense arithmetic of fault diagnosis platform,the hardware platform based on Texas Instrument company's high-speed,floating point DSP(TMS320F28335) and under the system-soft framework based on the hardware,user's fault diagnosis arithmetic was used to obtain the capability of multi-channel data acquiring,storing,analyzing,fault diagnosis and communication.The system was aimed to decrease the repetitive research of fault diagnosis instruments,and a practical and reliable design scheme was discussed particularly.And a fault diagnosis example has proved the practicability of the system.
