摘要
目的建立反相离子对色谱法测定缓释凝胶中二氧化氯的含量。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱,检测波长为260nm,流动相为3.85mmol.L-1氢氧化四丁基铵的水-甲醇(20∶80),流速为1mL.min-1,柱温为25℃,进样量为20μL。结果二氧化氯在1.87~238.81mg.L-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997,n=8),平均回收率为98.14%,RSD为1.86%;日内、日间精密度的RSD分别为0.22%~1.23%、0.36%~1.37%。结论该方法快速,准确,简便,可用于凝胶中二氧化氯的含量测定。
Objective To establish ion-pair RP-HPLC to determine the contents of chlorine dioxide in Delayed Released Gel.Methods Diamonsil C18 was the chromatographic column;260nm was the UV detection wavelength;the mobile phase was water:methanol(20∶80),included 3.85mmol·L-1 TBAOH.The flow rate was 1mL·min-1;the column temperature was 25℃;the sample size was 20μL.Results The concentration of chlorine dioxide had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 1.87~238.81mg·L-1.The average recovery was 98.14%;RSD was 1.86%;the precision of within day and daytime was 0.22%~1.23% and 0.36%~1.37%,respectively.Conclusion The method is quick,accurate and convenient for determining the contents of chlorine dioxide.
