互联网药品经营监管机制比较研究

目的保证公众用药安全,增强识别非法网站的能力。方法借鉴欧美国家对互联网药品经营的管理体制,分析我国互联网药品经营的监管模式和相关法律法规,提出规范对网络药店监管审查的思路,从而更好的保证百姓的用药安全。结果与结论在当今信息不断发展更新的时代,互联网已成为主要的信息和经营平台,人们只需简单注册相关网站就可以获得经营的权利,不用任何场地,只是在一个虚拟的平台上买卖物品,从中获取利润。由于减少了不必要的附加流通和经营场所的费用,使得互联网上的经营成本较低。在带给消费者便利的同时,网络药店经营因为缺乏相关法律、法规的约束,使得消费者在购买药品时承担了很大风险,可能造成的不良后果十分严重。因此,必须切实加强监督与管理。

Objective To ensure the people＇s safety of the medicines,and enhance their abilities to identify illegal website.Methods Use for reference of the Europe and the United States unveiled the drugs operation on the Internet management system,combined with our operation of the Internet mode of regulation of medicines,and related laws and regulations,and strengthen and standardize the regulatory review of network pharmacies,to guarantee the people＇s drug safety,and avoid or reduce Internet pharmacies adverse effects.Results and Conclusion In today＇s update time with the continuous development of information,the Internet has become the major information and business platform of 21st century,people can achieve operating rights by registering the relevant website simply,generate profit from trading on virtual platform.The operating cost of Internet is lower because of the reduction of unnecessary additional flow and operating costs of the premises.Network operator pharmacy is convenient to customers,but is also high-risky with the lack of relevant laws and regulations,especially for drugs with the special nature of such merchandise,the potential adverse consequences very serious.Therefore,we must effectively strengthen the supervision and management.
