Objective To provide the reference for the improvement of business circumstances in retail pharmacy stores in Dali City.Methods To investigate 800 consumers at random samling method.Results and Conclusion To reduce the middle process,reduce the cost,guarantee the medicine quality,enrich sales promotions,fullfill member documents,improve professional service,develop multi-operating models and participate ＂Medical Insurance＂ pharmacy stores,etc.are the important measures to improve the business circumstances in retail pharmacy stores in Dali City.
