目的阐析药品不良反应补偿制度的建立与道德进步之间的关系。方法通过对药品不良反应根本属性的论证,探寻完善药品安全监控的方式。结果我国在药品不良反应补偿制度方面仍不完善,应及早建立药品不良反应补偿基金制度,对受害者进行补偿。结论药品不良反应越来越受到人们的关注,对不良反应的补偿也变得更为迫切。建立药品不良反应补偿制度是社会法治进步的体现,也是道德进步与法治进步的统一。

Objective To analyze the relationship of ADR compensation system and ethical progress.Methods Through demonstrating the fundamental attributes of ADR,seek a way to improve the monitoring model of ADR.Results We still lack of the legal system to relief the ADR,so it should be established soon to provide effective relief for victims.Conclusion Establishing the relief system for ADR shows the progress of social legal system,and also is the consolidation of the advancement of legal system and ethics.
