我院2008年85例药品不良反应报告分析

Study on 85 Cases of ADR in our Hospital in 2008

目的探讨我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点,促进临床合理用药。方法对我院2008年收集到的85例ADR病例,根据患者性别、年龄、给药途径、药品种类、抗感染药类别、ADR临床表现等进行分类统计分析。结果85例ADR主要与抗感染药特别是β-内酰胺类药物的使用、中药注射剂的质量、静脉给药方式、合并用药、老年患者及婴幼儿的体质等因素有关;ADR最常见的表现为皮肤及其附件损害,其次为神经系统、消化系统损害等。结论应合理使用抗感染药物,加强对中药注射剂的质量控制,减少ADR的发生。

Objective To explore the features of the ADR reports in our hospital,promote rational drug use in the clinic.Methods 85 ADR reports collected in 2008 in our hospital were analyzed,in terms of the patient＇s age,route of administration,categories of drugs,types of anti-infective agent and clinical manifestations,etc.Results 85 cases of ADR have relevance with use of anti-infective agents,especially β-lactam drug,the quality of traditional Chinese medicine injections,intravenous drug delivery methods,the combined medication,elderly patients and the health of infants and young children.In respect of clinical manifestations of ADR,the most common displays of the ADRs was the lesion of skin and the appendages,second was diseases of the nervous system and digestive system.Conclusion We should be the rational use of anti-infective agent and should enhance the quality supervision of traditional Chinese medicine injection,so as to reduce the incidence of ADR.
